People Leaders Network

Launched in March 2023, the People Leaders Network (PLN) is a space for supervisors at Georgia Tech to connect, grow and learn together. It consists of a monthly newsletter, townhall, Teams channel and website. GTHR will provide leaders with updates, events, and tools and resources to help you develop themselves and lead their teams.

Performance Management @Tech

During the 2nd Quarter of 2023, Georgia Tech Human Resources launched a digital performance management module via ServiceNow to lessen the administrative burdens of the performance management process and transition from the current manual, paper and DocuSign submissions to a more agile, digital platform. Show Your L.O.V.E. Campaign

In October 2022, Georgia Tech Human Resources (GTHR), in partnership with the L.O.V.E. GT strategic initiative, has launched a social, peer-to-peer recognition program, called Show Your L.O.V.E, to recognize members of the Georgia Tech community who demonstrate the Institute’s values throughout their daily lives.

The Show Your L.O.V.E. initiative encourages faculty, staff, and students to observe when a fellow community member is living our values every day and recognize them for their efforts.
