Welcome to the Georgia Tech Human Resources Project Management Office (PMO). Our mission is to drive organizational success as a trusted partner to the GTHR community by providing consultative program and portfolio management. We promote project management best practices through facilitation, alignment of resources, prioritization, and standardization of project documentation. Our team ensures that all projects within the Human Resources department are executed efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with the Georgia Tech’s strategic goals.

For each project, we will help you develop a project charter, project plan, and engage the appropriate parties to ensure execution from beginning to end while tracking and driving deliverables.
