Gallup Q12 Tools for Supervisors
The next phase of the Gallup Q12 Employee Engagement survey is here. Launched as a campus-wide effort in October 2024, the survey helped assess engagement, highlight areas for growth, and equip leaders with strategies to foster a high-performance, people-centered culture. Now, we need the help of people leaders across campus.
- Review & Share Your Gallup Results: Log in to the Gallup Access Portal to view, share, and discuss your unit-level results with your team. You can also access tools for after-report action planning and download/save your PDF reports. If any leader has not yet reviewed their Q12 results with their team, please complete this step by the end of the calendar year.
- Access Leader Support & Training Resources: Leaders can click here to access support resources and sign up for training. This link can also be used to consult with a unit’s HR business partner or HR director for further assistance.
- Take the Upcoming Gallup Course: Take the Driving Engagement: Understanding Gallup Q12 course on the Learning & Development website. Register for the course (Nov. 19 | 2 – 3 p.m.) using Genius (or Quest for GTRI) to learn the foundations of the Q12 survey, how to interpret survey data, and how to develop an action plan.
