Changemaker Academy Nominations Open
Leadership development at Georgia Tech continues to evolve — and so does the Changemaker Academy.
Changemaker Academy has supported eight cohorts of leaders in growing their impact, deepening their self-awareness, and contributing to a culture of leadership excellence across campus. Now entering its next chapter, the Changemaker Academy remains rooted in the same commitment: cultivating a vibrant community of leaders who are ready to grow, connect, and lead with purpose.
The nomination period for the four-month leadership development program runs through Monday, Oct. 6 at 11:59 p.m. Self-nominations are accepted.
“Georgia Tech continues to set the example in many facets of higher education, and that speaks to the power of our community of leaders,” said Rayne Bozeman, who heads the Changemaker Academy. “Through a unique curriculum combining workshops, dialogue, and executive coaching, we aim to develop executive leaders who guide their employees with clarity, compassion, and confidence. We can’t wait to enter this next chapter and introduce a new cohort of Changemakers.”
Over four months, participants will engage in a curriculum that integrates leadership competencies across three key areas:
- Leadership and Storytelling
- Emotional Intelligence
- Mindful Leadership
The Changemaker Academy is open to all faculty and staff who are assistant/associate director and above. The program runs from October to January.
