Georgia Tech Human Resources (GTHR) has kicked off its 13th annual Buzzin’ Back to School event.

This school supply event benefits Georgia Tech employees who need support equipping their children in grades K-12 with school supplies. Over the last 12 years, faculty and staff have provided donations for other community members.

This year, GTHR will donate supplies directly to Tech families who make a request. Due to construction and the logistics affecting the department’s ability to store goods, GTHR will not be accepting donations this year but will provide supplies to those who submit a request.

This year’s format will streamline the process. The deadline to request supplies is Friday, June 28.
