New Employee Experience (NEE) is a six-month program for each new employee. With four sessions and additional resources, NEE is designed to accelerate new employee’s productivity, and create an environment where new employees begin to establish key connections to the mission, vision, strategic goals, and campus.

Q. Can I attend a session if I have been employed longer than six months?
A. The last three sessions are open to all employees.
Q: Do I have to attend the full day of Welcome to Tech?
A: To get the most value out of the experience we highly recommend full participation throughout the entire day.
Q: My new employee missed one of the four sessions. How do they reschedule themselves?
A: Click on the “Register now! link” above, and register for a date that fits your schedule.
Q: Do I have to attend the New Employee Experience in the order they are listed?
A: We highly recommend following the timing set for each session in the New Employee Experience. Please contact training@ohr.gatech.edu if you have additional questions or concerns.
Q. I am hiring a new employee and have not attended all of these sessions. Is it too late for me to attend?
A. The last three sessions are open to all employees.
Q: Is parking validated for any session in the New Employee Experience Program?
A: Validation is not offered, however, we recommend taking advantage of the campus transportation options.
